This is a great, sharp knife out of the box that looks great, too. Great weight, easy to handle and use. All that said, it doesn't hold a very good edge and becomes dull rather quickly. The knife itself is begins to rust as well if it isn't dried immediately after washing. Overall good if you manage to get it on sale, but don't spend $50+ on this one, as it won't hold value for too longUPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me and was very easy to work with. They offered to send a new knife or full refund. They stand behind their product and were great to work with. I'm changing my review to 5 stars from 3. The knife did still dull rather quickly, but the company is willing to make things right and I appreciate great customer service

Wow, this is an incredible knife. And just as you’ve probably read it other reviews it can be deadly to both food and YOU. I wound up in urgent care for 4 stitches within an hour of using it the first time. Since then I’ve been super careful when using the knife.
