Amazon offers replacement lids that I ordered in June of '18 and they fit perfectly, This is the Amazon description: 20 Oz Tumbler Lids, 2 Pack of Spill-Proof Splash Resistant Lids Replacement Covers for 20-ounce YETI Rambler, Ozark Trail, Rtic Tumblers and Cups (Clear) Even as much as we use the tumblers and lids, haven't had to replace one yet!

Hello, I'm not exactly sure how they're made, but we buy them in bulk and sadly cannot offer customized ones, my apologies!

The lid forms a full seal on top and there is a plastic slider piece to open and close for drinking.
