Great Stones CD! I love it!

If you love the Rolling Stones, buy it! You want a really amazing greatest hits? This is it! Two cds, this is such a great disc set! I have a lot of their sets and was so impressed when I found it at a really amazing price. I have always loved the music of the Stones and when I saw this set knew I couldn't pass it up! So much amazing stuff! "In A Rock & A Hard Place" Thru "Doom & Gloom" just to name a few...

Everything but She's So Cold, slighted by every Stones' comp except GRRR 4cd 80 tracks. Bought the ER Album just for that. Plus the jewel case has crack dropping a star. Marketing a cracked jewel is not OK.

I almost passed this set by, I missed that it was a 2 disc set. At the time, it was about 1.00, maybe 1.50 dollar more than the regular 1 disc Honk set, so I figured it was an import 1 disc cd. I was very surprised when I found out it was the 2 disc set. The song listing is under the editorial review section. It is the first 2 disc on the more expense 3 disc set. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have heard the "Live with assorted guests" 3rd disc, but really just wanted the first 2 cds. I know the live disc is probably a selling point for some, but I never seem to go back to live stuff as often as I think I will. So I stick with the studio stuff. I've only seen 1 Rolling Stones cd/album that has both "Heartbreaker" & "Bitch" on the same cd, "Made in the Shade". These are 2 of my favorites from the Stones in the 70's. Overall, I like this set quite a bit. Sure, this could have included "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" & a few others. But that can be said of most compilations. Besides, "Sticky Fingers is a must have anyway imo, due to Mick Taylor's incredible guitar playing, along with Keith. But I really enjoy some if the newer stuff offered here -1971-2016. This is a very good addition to the excellent "Hot Rocks" cd. It is an import. Polydor Records, manufactured in EU. Very satisfied.

I have every cd and good many vinyls of the Stones. When purchased, 2 cd price was great. Wasn’t sure though until I played each cd more than a few times and am very happy I added this set to my already burgeoning collection. Newly mastered well and great song selections combined with price; awesomenally great.

Fantástico y extenso recopilatorio de los Stones que abarca desde el año 1971 hasta el 2016. Son muchas canciones las que contiene este doble Cd (36) y están representados la mayoría de sus temas más importantes de todo ese período junto a otros menos habituales, no obstante personalmente echo en falta algunas que en mi opinión no deberían faltar, como "Sweet Virginia" o "Star Star. Pese a ello, es una gran recopilación muy recomendable.

cd très bien, certains titres que je ne connaissais pas, mais très bons ! y'a rien à dire. C'est pas un, sinon LE meilleur groupe au monde ! Pas déçu

僕がストーンズのいわゆる「ベスト盤」に触れたのは、デッカ時期の「ホットロックス」とそれ以降の「ジャンプバック」だった。それを聴いてから「フォーティー・リックス」を買って聴いた。この「HONK」はデッカ以降の曲、２０１６年の「ブルー・アンド・ロンサム」までのベスト。 「ジャンプバック」に似ている、ある意味無難な選曲だと思う。それ以前に、自分もストーンズのファンなので、ミックが歌い、キースがギターを弾いていると、嬉しいのだ。 ブライアン・ジョーンズが死んで、ミック・テイラー、ロン・ウッドの時代になっていて、チャーリー・ワッツがドラムスを叩き、ビル・ワイマンがいる。１９６２年に結成されて以来、「ダーティーワーク」時期の不穏な空気もあったけど、ずっとストーンズはストーンズだった。「ジャスト・ユア・フール」は２０１６年の録音だけど、７０年代の録音だと騙してだれかに聴かせたら、信じてしまうかも。 ともかく、こういうベストが出るのは嬉しい。自分は風邪をひいて大型連休中もシフトが入っている。 ミック・ジャガーが心臓の手術をしたという。果たしてこれからもストーンズでいられるか。どうか、もう年寄りなんだから、体に気を付けて欲しい。ついこの間、ザ・プロディジーのキース・フリントが死んでしまった。キースの場合は健康問題じゃないけど。ロックミュージシャンが絶滅危惧種になっているような気がする。 １６歳から僕はストーンズを聴き始め、今も聴いている。ミック、キース、チャーリー、ロニー達には、生きていて欲しい。２０１５年にはボビー・キーズが死んでいる。僕は札幌ドームで彼をしっかり見た。ストーンズの面々には、元気づけられ、励まされてきた。ここに収まっている（自分は２CD盤を買った）３６曲、すべて生きるためのエネルギーに満ちている。
