I got them to replace multiple vehicle's remote controls batteries. Not the first time buying those Energizer and I can tell you, they last long enough. The price on Amazon was appealing. I placed the order to use and re-stock. Comparing them with more expensive brands, the difference was only 3 months in my car's remote. The other brand price was almost 3 times more.

Some vehicle key fobs go through batteries very quickly. We have two Chrysler minivans. The 2015 unlocks the door simply by touching the door handle if you have the key fob on your person. The 2009 does not, and you have to press a button on the fob to unlock the door. The 2015 has to keep transmitting continuously to enable this feature and, ergo, burns through batteries much faster than the 2009. I shopped around; it's crazy how much the stores charge for a 1-pack or 2-pack. This 10-pack was a great value for a name brand.

I primarily use these for as CMOS batteries for computers. Local stores charge $2 to $3 each. So this 10 for $10 is great.

Typical batteries, the package is hard to open and I was worried I was going to slip and cut myself.

The batteries are excellent but I Dislike the child proof packaging, not even an adult can get the batteries out without having to use scissors, it's ridiculous.
