The drain pump is 3x less expensive than the OEM. It works great and the quality is equal to the original. The installation was very straightforward. If you are looking for a replacement pump then I highly recommend this pump. The delivery was next day.

Doing a rebuild for a friend this was here within a day. And was able to install it no issues no leaks. Quiet took about 30 minutes. And actually heavier than I thought it would have been for an aftermarket.

I was getting the SC error code on my 5 year old Samsung front-loading washer, which means there is an issue with it draining to slow. I looked at the the OEM part and Samsung wanted $179.99 for it. But I also came across this one, which is obviously exponentially less money. So I ordered this one. It came quickly. I followed a YouTube video that tells you to take off a bunch of stuff, including the back, top, control panel, door seal gasket, front panel, and some other steps. I know another review mentioned just going through the bottom, but my concern with that was being able to sufficiently reconnect (I believe it was three) hoses and clamp them correctly. So I followed one of the several YouTube videos that showed them taking all the stuff off that I already mentioned. Fast forward to over a month later, it still continues to perform perfectly. I would definitely buy this part again, although I'm hoping I never have to do that repair again.

Fit perfect worked perfect. Very easy to install if you tilt the machine back and take it out from underneath. Washing machine it’s nice and quiet again and as easy as it is to install and is cheap as it cost, I’d feel like it’s a good deal even if I had to replace it a couple times. do yourself a favor and tilt the machine back and take a look at how easy it is to remove and install from underneath. First time I ever worked on a washer and I removed and replaced the pump in about 15 minutes or less. All the videos I seen, want you to take half the machine apart it’s not necessary to go through all that definitely worth the money

My Samsung washer was giving me an error code involving a draining issue, code 5C. I cleaned the drain filter and checked to see if there was a blockage in the drain tube. Neither of those solved the issue. The issue was that my drain pump had gone out. It was humming and getting power, but not draining during the cycle.This install can be very easy. Turn the washer on its side and there should be an access hole in the bottom (if you have a front load washer). You can access the drain pump motor and housing there. There are also two screws you need to remove right next to the pump filter. On the housing itself there are three screws that hold the motor in place. There are two (maybe more or less for you) black hoses that need to be removed as well. You do not need to remove every hose, you just need some room to work and move the pump housing around. Take some pictures before you start working and while you are working so you know how to put everything back together. Pay attention to orientation and coloring of the wiring, take a picture of that too.All you need is a screwdriver to complete this install. Take your time and believe in yourself.

Done what it should it installed this on my Samsung washer it was the steam 1 rose gold only a year old. But thats how they make them now
