Super sticky
I use this to gain a better grip when play disc golf but I put a bit on a old rag then carry that in a zip lock bag so it's not so messy

Disc golf grip in the cold or wet
Paul McBeth knows what he is doing. I've tried pine tar, rosin bags, crushed clay, and plain ole dirt on the ground. This gives me max spin (almost so much to turn the disc over) and distance. A little dab will do you and I think this jar will last 10 years.

Legit pine TAR.
Finally I found legit pine tar. This stuff is what I’ve been looking for for years. No more stupid glue sticks or runny, watery, slippery, “pine tar” in a bottle. Super sticky, smells great, easy to use and not messy, great container. A little goes a long way. Just a couple dabs covers the handle. You probably won’t need to reapply very often either. Keep a little bottle of goo-gone, a rag, and some hand wipes in your bag in case you get it on your throwing hand. This stuff is sticky. Also, don’t use too much before your AB if you’re thinking of bunting. Again... Sticky. Top hand won’t release as easily to slide up the barrel (maybe grab a fistful of dirt). I couldn’t be happier. If you’re like me and like that dirty-filthy look and sticky-icky grip, this is a buy.

You only need a little bit.
OK, I had purchased pine tar in the past. This is by far the best product I have used. I don’t use it the way I used to use it when I was younger. I played baseball when I was younger but now, I actually use it on my fingertips for bowling. And the first night I used it… 266, 247,228,235. I’m not saying that it was the pine tar… I’m just saying it’s the best grip I’ve ever used.
