For myself only single tab. with main day meal plus a probiotic (also from Amazon) in a glass full of water when feeling thirst sometime after the meal done away exhaustion, bloating , nerve and skeletal weakness.

Best available in the market right now, using it for quite a while and never faced any bloating or indigestion issue, which you can get from cheap brands. The profile is 99% on the point. Just that supply in foam of cards is difficult to manage, should supply in jar or bottle like other brands but maybe it's due to storage issues.

Don't know product is good or not. Gave headache everytime I used it. So discontinued it. Try it if it works for you otherwise don't use. Didn't work for me.
