Kitchenista Measuryoshka Ceramic Measuring Cups, Golubka, Set of 6

So, so, so cute! And functional, too! Bought these for my daughter, who loves the nesting dolls. Figured she could use them for cooking or for decorative purposes. She uses them for both and she LOVES them! She says they feel well made, they are thick ceramic glass and are well painted. She says the measurements seem accurate and she uses them daily. Pretty and useful! Highly recommend!

My one complaint is that the item came several days later than promised. As it was intended to be a Christmas gift, the timing was a disappointment. Aside from that, it's super cute and was a huge hit. I think I may get one for myself as well, though I don't know if I'll ever use them to measure - they just look really great on the kitchen counter. The paint job isn't phenomenal...there are some white marks or places where it doesn't match up when the doll is together, but for $30, I didn't expect a masterpiece. Even with that in mind, I'd still purchase again. Has cultural significance and practical application, and is pretty adorable (both in red and blue colors).

Very cute! It was a little extra present for my daughter's bridal shower. She opened it and squealed, "I always wanted one of these!" and that is why I bought it for her. I remembered her telling a friend about them when she was in her early teens. The quality was good. They are heavy and nicely painted. I don't know how accurate the measuring is. Some people say it is more accurate for liquids than solids. I told her just to check if quantities are important to a recipe.

Make sure you inspect these cups closely if you decide to purchase them.The first set had a cup that was broken upon arrival, the replacement set had a lid with cracks but since I hadn't sent the first set back yet I was able to pull from both sets to get one undamaged set.I hadn't even used them yet, they sat on my counter for about a week until I was going to need them that evening so I washed them, the glaze on one of the cups cracked right in my hands (and I was NOT being harsh with it) and I could see the water seeping into the cheap ceramic and fanning out from the spot where the glaze cracked. I'm stuck with them, like a dummy I got rid of the packaging thinking everything was fine.Save your money-- unless you plan to use these only as decoration.

Ingenious, adorable, and functional measuring cups

i assumed that my purchase would actually look more like the photo. In the photo there is no large, visible, unpainted gap in between the two halves, but the product i received had almost a pinky's width of unpainted white gap around the halves while placed together. I realize the product is described as "hand painted" but as an artist i have my doubts considering the perfectly symmetrical giant white unpainted line straight around the entire belly of the most important outer doll. It is still an interesting piece for the kitchen and is nice and heavy (which i enjoy), but i am pretty disappointed in the appearance of the product in hand vs the appearance of the product i thought i was going to receive.

For someone that can afford anything she wants, this was a great hit! I usually never do presents, they are not in my budget. Cute and useful, she is storing them in the china cabinet for now, because she just bought herself new ones. This company is affordable compared to others and has the most unique set.I want to purchase another for myself!

I love fancy measuring cups and since I lived in Eastern Europe for many years these are perfect on my counter. Beautifully painted and well designed for measuring. The heads stand on end for when you are using them. They look great either stacked inside each other or lined up in a row.
