The Holidays were the perfect time to enjoy the Truffles. I gifted them to my little Sister. She used them in a Champagne Risotto topped with a Truffle glazed Roasted Lobster Tail !!!

Great Product

I used these truffles to make a sauce for pasta. For an entire bag of Italian pasta I only needed one truffle. The sauce was fantastic and my entire family wanted the receive the recipe. The truffles are slightly expensive but worth it for the flavor is out of this world. Enjoy

I was really excited by the idea of grating some truffle on everything. These were extremely mushy when I opened the jar, I can't think of something to compare their texture to maybe a melted marshmallow? they just squished and smelled horrible.

Worse taking thing i ever tried wont eat them again!!! Smell horrible too squishy like a insponge.

This is a great favorite with the family. They particularly love them grated in eggs. They add a delicious earthy, mushroomy flavor without the mushroom texture.

This was a gift for someone who had never had a jarred truffle. I was told it was very tasty.
