I can hardly wait for these to be ready for harvest. Planted the seeds med February in zone 10 and they sprouted fine and are a few inches tall already, planted them outdoors last weekend and I can hardly wait for them to be ready and excited to see the beautiful pink bottoms.

As you can seeine are growing, and doing nicely as well, the round pot is the sewing bed, and the rectangular pot is the transplanted plants from the bed.......I see some reviews " they did not grow" well mine are floruishing...they were sewn outside grew outside, irrigated by rain water and red is colouring the bottom now...

there is a lot of nice marketing on the large paper label. It does not however Date the seeds. This is a very important detail to over look. I give a 4 on the assumption the seeds are fresh and will perform. at this point I do not know for sure. if the germination is good i may stop back and revisit the review,

Planted these alongside bunching onions from a different seller and the germination rate of this product was 25% at best, probably less. The onions that did grow turned out ok, but with the poor germination rate I will not be growing these again.

Once they take root, they quickly fill up the pot and the bottom of the plants are a beautiful red color.

Only half the seeds germinated, otherwise the onions are good
