Does the Job - Poor instructions but explained better here I hope....
This works fine. The instructions that are supplied are poor which is a shame as it is quite straightforward. The patio cleaner is supplied with a small bag which contains two white and two brown nozzles. The colour depends on the pressure washer that you are using it with & these are detailed in the instructions.Turn the patio cleaner upside down and locate the nozzles in each of the revolving arms.Using some pliers, gently locate the U shaped pins so the nozzles are held in place. That's it - good to go....(It's probably a good idea to sweep the area to be cleaned removing stones and other objects so that you're left with mud and grim)It seems stronger if you use a push and pull motion when using it rather than using a left to right motionDoes a the job.

Cracking! A complete contrast in quality to the Compact Patio Cleaner
Really happy with this. I like the angle adjustment, ability to change the pressure and the handles on the top, so you can clean vertical surfaces. Worked a treat on the patio, and also in cleaning off mould on the brickwork of my house. The decent size diameter of the cleaner makes cleaning the patio fairly quick. No criticisms so far. Used for several hours and as good as new.Incidentally, it's a complete contrast in quality to Nilfisk's Compact Patio Cleaner, which stopped working on the same patio after a few minutes and after cleaning out the bearings wouldn't last for more than 30 seconds without stopping spinning! That was returned to Amazon after 15 minutes of use!

Seriously - do not bother; it's terrible.
Unlike the excellent Nilfisk alloy wheel cleaner, this is terrible. It was very difficult (fiddly) to set up and when the water dried from the patio what I found were thousands of swirls marks like resemble a spirograph. The reason for this is that it has two jets underneath that constantly spin and as you move it around you cleaning just the spirograph patterns. It is terrible - and if you stray from the patio slabs to any wooden area it will mark the wood. I am going to have to repaint a section come spring as a result.Seriously. The Nilfisk jet wash is great. The Nilfisk alloy wheel cleaner is great. The patio cleaner is a disaster. Come March I will getting down on my hands and knees with a scrubbing brush to properly clean the slabs of this spirograph pattern then rinsing it all off using the jet wash afterwards. The patio cleaner is just not worth bothering with. The photo shows the spirograph damage it did to the wood and part of the spirograph pattern on the stones, which is the only bit it cleaned. These patterns only show up when the stones are dry and as at the date of writing (26 January 2017) they are most wet wet I can't yet take a wider angle picture - but you get the idea I'm sure.

Effective patio blaster
Used in conjunction with E140 pressure washer turned my slimy, lethal patio into a bright and clean surface. Genuinely good if used nice a slowly and methodically

This is it.
This product is far more effective than simply blasting your patio or driveway with a jet wash. The scrubbing action makes a real difference at shifting tough stains. Nilfisk products have properly engineered connections and many metal parts in the main tool that can take much higher pressures than plastic used by Karcher and Bosh. Look no further.
