Does the job at a low cost
Nutricost is a very large size of soluble fiber. I have been taking fiber every day for years, on doctor's orders -- because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). During all those years, I have stayed with Nutricost because it's cheap, super easy to use, & does the job nicely. You can dissolve it in water, or a soda pop, or soup. I prefer to dissolve it in milk. Every day I put a heaping tablespoon of Nutricost fiber into a glass of milk, together with Carnation Chocolate Instant Breakfast. I add a dash of honey and mix it with a hand mixer. It works great at keeping me regular, gives me a decent daily vitamin supply, & tastes good. Really good!I also eat a good sized bowl of Grape Nuts every day -- the original Grape Nuts, NOT the flakes. Why? Because Nutricost is soluble fiber whereas my difficult case of IBS needs a bit of insoluble fiber, as well. Grape Nuts are loaded with insoluble fiber. Grape Nuts are really REALLY crunchy, so I let them soak a bit before digging in.Hey -- no 2 persons have exactly the same fiber needs but Nutricost fiber has worked great for me for many years. Based on my happy experience, maybe you might want to give it a try.

Easy to use
This Nutri cost Acacia fiber is a great product. I mix my desired amount in about 6 ounces of water and drink it. I don’t mind the taste at all. I really like that it boost my fiber and prebiotic intake.

Value Product
The price is right. I like this supplement. My only complaint is that it has a slightly smoky taste. Not really a problem though. Great value for the money.

Great fiber
As someone that has focused on fiber health for a very long time, I can honestly say how happy I am with the pricepoint, solubility, and results.

Clumps badly
I've been using this type of fiber for a decade and the reason is..It's because it doesn't clump and it doesn't expand in the fluids like psyllium fiber does...This is the first time I've ever tried this brand...I should have returned it the first time I used it...It clumps so bad it ruined my drink...So I've been trying to find different ways to blend it cuz I don't like to return stuff...It has been just a pain to use my hand blender and just the smallest amount of water in a cup blend this separately and then add it to my protein shake...And then sometimes I forget and I add it to my protein shake and try to blend it and it clumps all up and then I can't drink my protein shake...Now I miss the deadline for returning...I don't understand why this is the only brand that I've bought that clumps like psyllium fiber... It does not expand as it sits in fluids like psyllium fiber... But trust me it is a pain in the butt to try to keep this stuff not clumping...Edit: now I see many people have found ways to mix it well... I've tried them all and it doesn't seem to work... But one said hot water so I may premake some with hot water... But it's the Anthony's one that I usually drink that's what I'm going back to...

Perfect for coffee
This blends very well in warm to hot liquids but tends to clump into a jelly ball in cold liquids. It has no flavor (in my coffee) but adds a great amount of fiber to my diet. I also love the large packaging.

Issues with this unit - No scoop included as noted, partial filled
There's no scoop included even though it says there will be. it's going to be tedious to figure out grams when I don't have a measured tool (sounds like its an odd 1 1/3 tsp the bottle says). It's also 2/3 filled but that might be normal/I didn't weigh it.

Nurtricost Organic Acacia Fiber Powder
This works well. I use three scoops in about 8 ounces of water. I use an electric mixer. It does not clump up. There is a little foam when you do this, but I use a straw to suck up the foam. I put it in my coffee once to just try it and it was fine. No taste or added texture. It did not clump up or stick to the cup.
