This is an excellent product. I've been taking it for six months, and my A1C levels are within normal limits.

I’ve purchased multiple bottles of these. This brand is fantastic and I highly recommend them for any supplements. I can tell they work because if I take them and forgot to eat (because it decreases my appetite) then after 1.5 hours or so I get a little shaky (and this only happens if I don’t eat!) so that means it is effective. And I don’t mean jittery like you can get from caffeine, it’s highly manageable and goes away after eating. Instructions say take with a meal but I always take 30 min before. There are videos online that show when you take this supplement it reduces the insulin spike from whatever meal you consumed. It definitely helps but it’s not “natures GLP1” like people try to say.

I bought this product to help with blood pressure. But I noticed that Berberine gives me the effect of being full.Before Berberine, around 3 or 4 hours after eating lunch, I find myself looking for snacks.But not lately or not on days I take it. So this is good for me!

I bought this after researching which brands contained what they say the do. It took a few weeks, but I can tell that my constant nagging food noise seems to have stopped. So far so good, I am not really sure what the point of berberine is, but I am trying it for weight loss and think it might help. No stomach problems, or unpleasant side effects.

I had high expectations on taking Berberine. I, at least expected some reduced sugar cravings.Well I took it for 2 weeks and I did not feel any change in that. The capsule is big but easy for me to swallow. I didn't taste any bitterness.While taking this product I did break out in a very itchy rash. It took me a while to conclude it must be this product. I have not read that a rash could be a side effect of Berberine. Only here, I read another review the person also developed a rash. So I guess I'm not alone. The question is ... is it Berberine or Solaray Berberine? I emailed Solaray with questions. They have not replied. As of today, it been a week.Pro capsules ok to swallow and taste and price Con: personal ? reaction and did not help cravingI may try another brand.
