So I've had insomnia since my son was born 2.5 years ago - waking up at 2am and not being able to get back to sleep. I thought I'd tried everything: acupressure mats, magnesium supplements, ashwaghanda, kalms, meditation, weighted blankets, white noise, CBT, cutting out blue light after 7.30pm, cutting out caffeine...the list goes on. So I was sceptical, but the first evening I took them I slept through until 5am - a miracle. Of course it won't work for everyone, but if you're exhausted and at your wit's end it's worth a try. A little pricey for 2 week's worth of tablets, but I'd pay anything to sleep properly.

I suffer with anxiety and I find this really is quiet effective at taking away the anxious feeling that I get. I use them during times of extra stress. The tablets are big but I don’t struggle with taking tablets, so it was fine for me. If you struggle maybe get the drops.

As a sufferer of anxiety and insomnia, I think these tablets make a difference. The tabs are too big so I cut them in half. I take half a tab twice daily as they need to last me a month. I wish Vogel would make the tabs smaller and do 60 in a bottle. I like Vogel because I take other remedies of theirs, and they're all good quality.

I like this gentle brand and workes well for me.

I tried these for two weeks only as It is a pack of 30 tablets at a dosage of 2 tablets a day. I don't think that is enough time really to say if this product is truly effective. The ingredients sound good but these are just too expensive. it works out at £11.99 for just two weeks so a months supply is basically £24.00. I could not afford that. They are, in my opinion, overpriced.

I am not sure if it is just in my head, but bought this by someones recommendation for anxiety, and since I am using this supplements, I do not have any physical symptoms of anxiety anymore. So definitely would say if you tried everything and nothing seems to help, this is your solution!

I am using this to replace chemical anxiety medication that was messing with my heart. Wonderful stuff, I feel more calm and no need of that nasty stuff. Totally recomend. Don't take it on an empty stomach.

Really calming if you’re feeling a little anxious, very subtly calms a racing mind. I highly recommend this product if you’re having a little panic.
