Have these been tested for lead?

I dont think a company like Corning would have anything with lead in them. These are a type of glass and there is no glaze on them. Typically in pottery that is where you get exposure to lead.

It is like a tempered glass that holds up amazingly in the microwave and dishware. We have a set of Corelle and a set of ceramic type dishes that I love the look of but my entire family always goes for the Corelle.
