Hello, World! Weather Board book – March 8, 2016

I love Jill McDonald's children's books. I love the inclusivity of other ethnicities in her pictures and the *notes that give additional facts about whatever children are learning about. This particular book features words like crunch, sizzle and whoosh, which brings weather alive. The added sound effects makes the reading more interactive. My children love the book.

I bought this book to teach my toddler grandson about weather, and it was just right! A page each for several types of weather, with cute pictures and details he enjoyed reading and rereading. We love the whole Hello World series, all very well designed with information a toddler can absorb.

We bought it for a friends baby shower, and it was great quality and a cute book

My 1.5 year old loves the hello world books, as do I. This o e is great I wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering this one, and was surprised to see it mostly showing what sort of clothes are appropriate for what weather. It’s quite nice actually cause my son is always fussing about wearing his jacket, so hopefully this will help eliminate that.
