Good filter
I searched for months for a really effective water filter to easily install, is not too expensive and doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t require me be to drill through counter or sink . This is a very good filter, only takes up space under the sink, was/is affordable. It wasn’t SUPER easy to install like the video or instruction suggests. But the main challenge is that the drain pipe and garbage disposal are in the way so it is physically difficult to get it in there, and properly connected.. imagine everyone’s under the sink set up might be different…so how easy it will be depends how how much space you have. I have a plumber in the family that installed it for me and he talked me through how to change the filter when it was time. I don’t have a natural talent for house repairs but with his guidance I can do it now.. other people might not be as challenged as I was. No leakage. No extra faucet….when turned to all the way cold it’s the filtered water. Tastes, smells and feels great. I wash my face at night in the kitchen sink because the final rinse with filtered water is noticeably cleaner and refreshing.

Nice filter and easy to install
I am happy with the Waterdrop TSA 8-Layer Under Sink Water Filter System. Installation was quick and straightforward, and I didn’t need to be a plumbing expert to get it set up. Most importantly, the water tastes noticeably better—cleaner and fresher. Overall, a great upgrade for our kitchen and definitely worth it!

Relatively easy to install.
The Waterdrop Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter System uses a 0.01 μm precision membrane, features multi-stage deep filtration, and produces zero wastewater. Installation was relatively easy. I have just finished the installation, and I ran water through the filter system for about 5 minutes. Then I drank a glass of water, and it tasted fine with no hint of chlorine. For ease of installation and initial cost I will rate this a 5 star. I can not rate long term performance or reliability.

Makes Texas tap water drinkable!
Overall, I’m very happy with this three-stage under‑sink water filter. Installation was straightforward and didn’t require anything out of the ordinary, although the included input and output pipes were a bit long for my under‑sink space. It would be great if there were an option to choose shorter pipes for tighter cabinets. That said, the filtration performance is excellent—the difference in taste is immediately noticeable, and it’s made Texas tap water genuinely pleasant to drink. Great filtration quality and value overall, with just a small improvement opportunity on fit flexibility.

Good water purifier with strong water flow
We like this water purifier, especially its strong water flow. We received a defective unit initially, but the customer service quickly replaced it with a new one, which has been working nicely so far. Although returning the defective unit was a bit inconvenient, Becky handled the issue very well. Overall, we’re happy with our experience with Waterdrop.

Great products and customer service!
I purchased this unit in 2023 and have loved how it improved the taste of our municipal water and how easy it is to maintain. For some reason, our unit developed a problem a few weeks ago and our cold water would stop in mid-stream. After going through several trouble-shooting steps that did not correct the problem, Becky, our customer service rep through Waterdrop, authorized shipment of a new unit and new replacement filters with just a small service fee. We are very happy with the customer service and products offered by Waterdrop. Highly recommend! Thanks Becky!

Water taste fantastic
I’ve been doing 5 gallon fog water and decided to give this a try. Took about 45 minutes to install. Water taste fantastic and I’m never gonna lift another 5 gallon water jug.

Speed and ease of install depends upon each situation
Let's start with three stars. Pros: It's easy to assemble the hoses to the unit. Make sure you have the correct male and female at the In/Out ports. But you can remove them if you get it backwards. Filters come installed. Cons: It came with a dead battery for the built in timers that tell you when to change the filters. I called support and they said, "It's 3 AA batteries". Um, no it's one CR2450 battery that costs $5. I'm going to try to get the company to refund the $5 when and if they call me back with this support call. Once I put the new battery in it works fine. The manual is unclear as there are two ways to start the timers. One is to push and hold one of the buttons for 5 sec until it beeps. The other is to tap it quickly (reset mode) until it lights and then hold the button and before 5 sec you will hear 3 beeps. Now that doesn't just reset the timer but it activates it as well. The manual doesn't tell you that. As a tip, the In is on the left side and the Out is on the right side. If you have a kitchen sink setup like mine, dual sink, disposal and hot/cold valves on the right and right rear of the cabinet, this does not work well if you plan to put the filter system on the left side as the hose will be too short to reach the cold water valve. So I had to re-arrange it so the filter system is on the right wall of the cabinet (which makes it easy to get at the unit), so now the In hose reaches fine and the out, well that's a little more weird as the faucet has this 2 ft hose for cold hanging down and the filter connects to that so , you have about 3.5 ft to deal with to wind it from the right side, that's now near the front of the cabinet, and wind it around the back of the disposal and such to mostly get that tubing out of the way. I had no leaks and that's good. Also bear in mind if you are replacing an older wall mount model filter system, you have to remove and discard all that first and that under the sink area that usually gets ignored for years, that's a fun clean up project first as well. So I started installing it at 11 am and finished at 2 pm, including my trip to a store to get another battery. Bear in mind also filters are more expensive for this type unit than a single filter one. The good news is the B2 filter is good for 12 months. Since it is so new, I will give it some time and if it continues to work ok over the next month or so I might revisit the review to change the amount of stars.

Outstanding Filtration: Waterdrop TSA Under Sink Water Filter System
I recently installed the Waterdrop TSA Under Sink Water Filter System, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This 3-stage high-capacity water filtration system delivers pure, great-tasting water right from my kitchen sink, making it a fantastic addition to my home. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions and included hardware. Even with minimal DIY experience, I was able to set it up without any issues. The compact design fits neatly under the sink, taking up minimal space, which is a big plus for those with limited cabinet room. The filtration performance is exceptional. The 3-stage system effectively removes chlorine, heavy metals, and other contaminants, leaving the water clean and safe to drink. The improvement in taste and clarity is noticeable immediately. It’s reassuring to know that my family is drinking high-quality water without any harmful impurities. One of the standout features is the high-capacity filters. They last a long time before needing replacement, making the system low-maintenance and cost-effective in the long run. The easy twist-and-lock design of the filter cartridges makes changing them a breeze, further enhancing the user experience. Additionally, the water flow rate is impressive. There is no noticeable drop in pressure, even with the filtration system in place, which is often a concern with other water filters. Overall, the Waterdrop TSA Under Sink Water Filter System is a top-tier product that provides excellent filtration, ease of installation, and long-term cost savings. It’s an investment in health and convenience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their home’s water quality.

Exceptional customer service! Kimberly saved the day and made us lifelong customers
I’ve been using the Waterdrop 3-stage under-sink filter system for over a year now (in fact, I liked it so much initially that I bought the exact same system for my mother!). Recently, the water flow on my unit gradually degraded into a weak trickle. Even after replacing all three filters, the flow remained slow. I reached out to Waterdrop support and was connected with Kimberly. Kimberly provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. After evaluating the situation, she quickly arranged to send out a complete brand-new replacement unit. When the new unit arrived, I noticed Waterdrop had updated the hose union design with larger connectors—and once installed, the water pressure was completely restored and as strong as day one! To top it all off, Kimberly sent a follow-up "surprise" package that turned out to be a set of replacement filters. Standing behind your product with top-tier support is rare these days. Thanks to Kimberly and the Waterdrop team for going above and beyond. We will definitely continue using Waterdrop in our homes!

Acqua filtrata, risultato decisamente buono
