The product was defective. It has glitch and not working most of times . It might be due to loose connections . Please test and send products

Loud, but...
Very loud and capable, but I found it to be too 'boomy' despite adjusting all possible settings, crossover, etc.

Good buy. Maybe...
Sounds good. But overall drop in signal coming from the outs going to the main speakers. Atleast 3db -6db drop in the signal through the sub vs connecting directly to my monitors. Tried all settings but the main monitors now sound weak and thin. Maybe it's just a faulty piece that I recieved.

Already broken
I just bought this subwoofer in December and it has already stopped working already. This is completely unacceptable for a almost $700 subwoofer. I cannot even return it since the last return date was January 31. I really hope Amazon does something about this..Also, not sure why you have to give it star. Come on Amazon, 0 stars should be an option!!!
