Yes, but as I stated in my review the visor is not big enough to just slide down and provide coverage. My grandson is three and the visor can not be used. I plan on getting him an adult sized helmet so he can slide the visor down. He REALLY enjoys the helmet even with the visor issue.

It was silver when I bought it. I don't know why it is described as orange red.

Q: Is this helmet light or dark silver? 1 pack vs. 2 packs show different colors.

Ours was a light silver like the one in the picture above.
