like the spiral feature - book lies totally flat - a must for convenience while actually cooking the recipe also like the way there are suggestions for using some of the extra ingredients

First time for everything. . .
I have never been disappointed with a diet cookbook purchase until now (I'm in my 50s, have purchased many). A link was sent to me through an email from Prevention and this looked right up my alley. Very disappointed. There are sooooo many errors and the trite similes got old fast. I'm most disappointed that I paid too much for this "book". Not only are there so many grammatical and punctuation errors (it's as if translated by someone that has ESL) but also errors in the recipes. For example, the last recipe had a footnote to use the turkey meatballs prepared earlier in the plan for week three. I had to comb through to find it in prep for week two. This booklet feels thrown together very quickly and no one did any sort of proofing. I rarely write negative reviews and recommend passing on this purchase.

Not worth the money
Sooo disappointed. First of all, there are only 17 recipes included in the book; and most of which have an extremely high amount of sodium. In excess of 1200 mg. It also is NOT “One-Pot” cooking as described. If you’re only having 1 serving of chicken, then yes, you will only use 1 pan. But….to make any of the recipes, you will certainly use “several” different pots & pans. Save your money, go online, and download some free heart healthy recipes.
