DUSICHIN DUS-036 Airless Paint Spray Gun, High Pressure 3600 PSI 517 TIP Swivel Joint

I bought this mostly out of curiosity and was surprised to find out how decent of a little gun it is. I have many Graco Contractor and SG series guns and the new Titan RX gun and this gun performs just as well as the others for a fraction of the price. I've used this on a Graco Nova 395 sprayer with both black and green Graco tips of various sizes(used the Graco tip guards, not the tip guard included with this, which I believe to be a Chinese knockoff of Titan) anywhere from 2100-2900 psi, all with great results. Fit and finish leave a lot to be desired, but it does what it is supposed to do very well, and that's really all that matters. Be careful when cleaning the filter out, as I'm not sure where to buy replacements. The filter consists of two plastic pieces on the end, a spring in the middle, and a tube shaped screen piece around it all. It does not thread in like Titan filters do. I've got 60-70 gallons through this so far and am very satisfied!

I have had an airless sprayer for years. The gun finally gave up and was not rebuildable. I purchased the Duschin gun because of the price. Because of the price I was concerned it may not work well. I was very surprised at the packaging and then the unit itself. It is very well made. The tip is made of brass instead of cheap zinc like the gun I owned. It has a swivel which mine did not have. The unit is metal and well machined. The spring that loads the needle that holds back the paint feels much more substantial. I do not know if the gun is rebuildable but at this price it would be better to purchase a new one. Very surprising how good this gun is. Would highly recommend.

Could not use this product because was sent with a metric hose fitting to sprayer. The old gun fitting is bigger just ever so slightly so could not get hose on this non-US standard fitting. Filter and tip are interchangeable but nothing else. The fitting on the old gun would not fit the new gun different threads. First picture shows my old sprayer next to the new sprayer. You can see the threads and size are different. The second picture shows both ends of the new gun fitting which will NOT interchange with my old gun. These are fittings to the standard sprayer hose.

I'm not a professional painter but I work in construction. I bought this to replace the gun on a Wagner Paint Crew airless sprayer. This spray gun is smaller than the Wagner so it is a bit more maneuverable which is nice for tight spaces. It came with a 517 which means 10" fan and .017" orifice which should be fine for general painting. I'm spraying cabinets so I tried the 413 tip from the other gun. It fit and sprayed great. I just ordered a 313 for tight spaces.

I was very sceptical when I bought this gun, but I had to paint my mothers house and my old one fell apart. It arrived and I was quite surprised. The body of the spray gun is very solid and seems high quality. It came with a 517 tip which performed very well. The one thing I didn't like about it was the flimsy spray tip housing. I had the one from my old gun so I used that. This gun came with the 517 tip a filter in it all for less than just the 517 tip at Home Depot. I used it today and it performed amazingly. I would recommend this to anyone.
