We had 2 lithium batteries that were stone dead. We tried other led expensive chargers and there was no response from the batteries. This charged both of them like a champ! I love that you can see detailed information in an app on the phone. It did not come with charging cable however.

Rock solid build, yes you will have to buy some wire, alligator clip connectors to connect to your battery which is not a big deal if you are someone who likes to tinker with stuff. This charger uses a different algorithm to monitor, charge a variety of battery types, it will also recover deeply discharged batteries, something that my battery Tender or Noco charger failed to do. A 5 year warranty makes this a no Brainerd, has some heft too!

As with every other piece of modern Victron devices, it is easy to use and the instructions are well written. I purchased this primarily as a way to fully charge a new set of LiFePO4 batteries before they are paralleled and installed on my boat. There won't be a lot of use for it afterwards other than to supplement my other charging devices as needed.The Victron Energy Blue Smart IP22 charger is designed to be mounted on a wall or bulkhead (I am not mounting it but using it as a portable charger.) Like Victron's other mounted chargers they don't supply output wires to connect to the battery. You have to provide those yourself. It is easy to do, but it it does mean you need to have the wire, proper connectors, fuse and the tools to assemble it, or find a suitable premade set. This isn't a big problem, unless you don't happen to have the tools or have never done anything like it before. There are a number of battery charger cables with a fuse holder and SAE connections on Amazon that would work well, you just need to cut off the SAE connector, strip the wires, and put those in the screw compression terminal connectors.The second small issue is that the manual do a great job of explaining how to connect the charger to the Victron app via Bluetooth. Since I've done it a number of times it was easy, but it may be confusing for someone that hasn't done it before. BTW, the Bluetooth app is a great feature in Victron products.It is a great charger with plenty of features and in my mind well worth the price.

I’m not sure the Bluetooth app has all the features you would expect. That last charge sequence never cuts off and I think it should.

Works Great for testing Battery's. I had 6 100 amp Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) battery's to test. I could see how many amp hrs each battery needed to full charge.Thanks
