to say that this hose is not durable is an understatement, it is not made to last
I loved this hose until it sprung a leak after only one month of very limited use. I was aware of the negative reviews regarding it lacking in durability, but I decided to try it anyway. I was very careful with it, never dragged it around, never wound it up too tight, and it just sprung a leak about ten feet from the end. I only used it for less than five minutes, once a day. What good is a great hose if it only lasts for a month. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Great product
This garden hose arrived in a small bag. It is very light. It is much easier to move around that conventional garden hose. With a switch, this hose can be used for other purposes. The nozzle has 9 functions, which is versatile enough to meet all my needs. The hose connectors are made of solid brass. They feel heavy and high quality. Overall, after a few uses, I feel this product is a high quality product and of great value.

Great if you are tired of fighting with heavy garden hoses!
We have been using for a month or so & it's worked great. Texas gardening is really not our cup of tea so my wife has taken to planting in pots only. She loves the light weight & solid connections. Even the sprayer appears to be a good one! The light weight has been a blessing & she easily waters her potted plants with her new hose -

Small holes developed in less than two months
Small holes that are now like a fountain developed in less than two months. Both of them. One started leaking just after the return window was over now second one too. Disappointing.

Unique hose design is perfect except for fatal flaw
There's one defect in this design or it would be the perfect garden hose. The bad news is that if dragged across something rough like say concrete, gravel road, wood deck, stucco, patio flagtone... it frays and wears the fabric outside after just a few days use. So this isn't going to last even a year at my home.Well that's the bad news. The good news is that everything else they say about this design is true and it's really well made too with a solid brass fitting and a valve that works easily. There some strain relief at the connections. And the hand nozzle that comes with this is not an afterthought , it's sturdy, doesn't leak and has a lot of nice spray types. You need one of those to usd this joss properly by the way so it's nice they give you a good oneThe utility of this design is fabulous. It really does shrink to a tiny thing . The 50' is light when empty of water after contracting so it's easy to pick i up p and set in a compact pile. It's flexible when contracted and do piles easily, doesn't not or kink when stored in a pile. Perfect. The flow is large snd so spray is great. It's really the perfect hose except for the durability problem. I also see it's only rated for 113 degrees snd also is supposed to be stored out of the sun. Presumably UV will decompose the fabric exterior.I'm comparing this to both expensive and cheap hardware store hoses( cheap ones kink and don't last and have flimsy fittings and expensive ones are heavy heavy and so inconvenient to drag and require heavy duty winders to keep organized ). The problem with these plastic. Nd rubber hoses is they get damaged by the sun and are ot compact to gather in the shade when they are long. . I also am comparing this to stainless steel hoses. The stainless steel are my favorite hose. They are light and totally impervious to the sun. Not only do they hold up when dragged across tough surfaces they also slide easily over them. And bring light and flexible it's not a chore to coil them up since they don't kink or knot. The problem with the stainless steel hoses that I have bought is they all have the abomination of aluminum fittings which just don't hold up, get scraped up, and jam and mis thread when attaching to things. ( whgg eg out bad fittings on a good hose? )So this hose is even better than the sttsinkesz steel in every way except it's durability which appears will be measured in months not years since I have a concrete flagstone patio. If you just have dirt and grass and a shady place around the spigot then this might be the perfect hose

Nice hose!
This is a really nice hose. I’ve used other stretchy ones like this before, but this is better quality. It attached to the spigot easily and has an on/off lever at the end of the line which is handy. It comes with a nozzle (plastic) that has several spray patterns. Happy with this one. Time will tell about durability.* This is my honest review in exchange for product discount

Just buy it!
Love this hose! I can go anywhere in my yard and not worry about it being to short. Extends as advertised and I like that when you drain the hose its 3 times shorter for storage. Light weight and I really like the shut off valve at the end of the hose

LIGHT WEIGHT HOSE
This is a great hose. It is light and does not take up a lot of space. Turn the water on and it really stretches in length. It is just what I was looking for in a hose.
