As a caterer, I use these for keeping my food warm with Bain-Maire . The are good and not had any issues.The only problem is when I open one it cannot be re-used once its open and lit.Though do a good job.

It kept my wedding rice warm all day,the longevity is for about 5hours,great value for money,not to heavy in regards to weight

These little canisters are brilliant and fit perfectly into the holders that I have for my 2 chafing pans. They lit instantly and give a high heat. I had them lit for almost 2 hours and there is plenty of fuel left, so I replaced the tight fitting lid and will use again on Christmas morning when our children come round for brunch.

Used these for our Christmas party lasts well
