I returned the book as I found it very basic. It quotes the 7 principles of psychology by Robert Cialdini. This book may be ok for a beginner just starting off, but to better understand 7 principles of persuasion by Robert Cialdini, you need to read the book by him "Influence: Psychology of persuasion".

Im Vergleich zum Preis finde ich, dass dieses Buch wenig zu bieten hat. Inhaltlich fast uninteressant!

This is an excellent book. Simple to follow with great ideas. Really makes the selling process simple for a rookie.

This is a great book! I wasn’t sure what to expect but the information is genuine and well supported. It teaches you how to make sales without being sleazy. I own a personal training studio and even though I am not selling a product I learned a lot from this book. Whether you are selling a service or product this is a must read. It’s also an easy read. Highly recommend
