Amazing stuff! Without it My Sinus Issues are Awful.
Edit - I wanted to add that I misplaced this and didn't feel very worried as my sinus was in good shape. Within a week I was getting sickening sinus headaches, and by this morning my nose was completely blocked. It was miserable. I almost broke down and used a chemical decongestant and went on Amazon to order another inhaler as I finally out it together that I was feeling bad again without the salt inhaler. Figuring I would give finding it one more try, I dug around and finally found it! I ate some ice* and got my sinus just a hair less blocked then inhaled from this product deeply. I enjoyed that great feeling of relief almost instantly. A couple of more deep inhalations in each nostril and my sinus is opening up, feels freshened, and the pressure is rapidly reducing. I know that this might not work for every single person that given how wonderfully works for me and how safe it is to use this product as you're not introducing any kind of chemical into your body at all, other than the salt and essential oil particles that go in your nose, it is so worth a try. After my experience when I stopped using it I can't imagine that I will ever not buy this product. I am so thankful that I stumbled across it somehow. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who is suffering from congestion or allergies or any kind of sinus related headache or headache around your eyes. I think it would be great as a relaxation aid since it contains lavender. It interestingly helps my dry sinus when that's a problem, somehow despite containing salt. When my sinus was so dry it became sore, with actual sore raw spots inside, it quickly healed the soreness. And through some mechanism I do not understand it relieves even really tough congestion. It was not just the ice, as I had tried that and it wouldn't open my sinus enough, just only a little. It wasn't until using this again that it really opened up. That pressure was terrible so I am delighted right now.The only remaining concern I have is what a little thing on the cap is for. It has a raised point with a hole, almost like you could wear it as a necklace lol.*(which may sound weird but it will usually get your sinus loosened up. Ice from a 7-eleven or other convenience store or fast food place or similar is softer and won't likely hurt your teeth if you try this. Otherwise pour room temperature water over smaller ice cubes from your freezer and wait a bit. It might not work for you, and you have to watch your teeth, but it gets things loosened up a bit for me. I eat an entire cup of it, a huge one, but then I'm anemic so to me it is delicious.)**********Original Review, Also 5-Star**********I have sinus issues and am usually increibly congested or my sinus is very sore and dry. Having tried every variation of saline product and that goopy, thick stuff that has been around for ages and has a terrible taste, I thought, what the heck, might as well try this. I didn't really think it would work, especially because all you do is smell it. Nothing but the scent goes in your nose. But it was worth a shot and I liked the idea of it.At the time I started using it my nose was very sore and I was alternating between the various products as I do. The initial use took me by surprise as the vapor-rub aspect of the scent was much more intense than I had imagined it would be. I can hardly smell the lavender. It no longer seems so intense after a week or so of use. Within a day or two of using this my nose was almost like normal and now it is not sore or stuffy at all. I haven't had to use saline spray except for maybe once and then just a little. I have used Xlear at night once or twice to moisturize. That's it. Even the sore area in there, which was really bad, is 100% cleared up. I'm completely delighted by this product and will likely always keep it on hand.

It works, has really helped me!
A little background- I have developed asthma due to allergies. Got a puppy, knew I had allergies- that's ok, that's what Zyrtec is for- but, now that we are all wild in love with this little guy, sneezing & nose blowing has turned into me wheezing & coughing my brains out. I got a rescue inhaler, was puffing on it WAY more than I should & still coughing. This little neti inhaler does not replace the albuterol but I have seriously cut back on how often I need it. Like, from 8-9puffs a day to 1-2 & minimal light cough. Like all natural remedies I have tried, it does not work instantly, if you are already wheezing- like a rescue inhaler does. What I have been doing is just carrying it around & sniffing a deep lung full a couple of times on each side, weither I "need" it or not, all through out the day. I feel myself trying to get a little wheezy & I sniff on it a few extra times a little more often & it goes away. I'm not going to lie, it is kind of a pain to have to do it all day BUT it works & it is all natural, where I noticed my albuterol inhaler bottle says it contains ethanol. I ask my husband "isn't that what they put in gasoline?". Google says it's used as a propellant. I don't see how something that's used as an additive in gas should be going into my lungs. That & my pharmacist says not to hit the albuterol like I do because it's bad for your heart. This doggie is part of the family now. If I have to carry around this little neti inhaler, so be it. It works, I think it smells good & it's natural. I highly recommend ššA week or so after I posted this- I do notice the longer I use it the better it works & I'm not needing it as often š

Wonderful
Smells good. Not overly strong like some others. Great for those who prefer subtle fragrances.
