This Tea is well worth it!!! I had was in pretty bad shape with my stomach and liver at one point. Got so bad I wasnt able to eat. I was unemployed and always in front of the computer day after day, I would only leave my room to eat breakfast with 1 or 2 cups of coffee and dinner(then drink 1 to 2 cups of coffee after that. I would have this routine for days and weeks going multiple weeks drinking more coffee than water. At some point every time i drank coffee id feel pain on my upper stomach/ left side of my liver. I'd wake up with a dry white tongue,mouth also dry, my hands would feel like they had a layer of skin missing, my legs felt extra heavy especially if i sat in front of the comp for over an hr and i had no energy. After 2 days of drinking this tea ALL THOSE SYMPTOMS WERE GONE!! I kept drinking it and finished the box and i was fine. Months later I began the same bad habits of drinking little to no water and lots of coffee (along with bad eating habits) and again all the symptoms returned. Bought 2 boxes this time and once again all symptoms are gone in just a couple of days. Had i gone to the doctor they've probably would've found cancer and scared me into chemotherapy and killed me within 5yrs. This tea saved my life.

I have Gilbert's Syndrome and every now and then (when I've been eating too fattily etc -I don't drink alcohol) my liver gets to hurting, throbbing and generally making me feel ill. I like milk thistle and it works well for cleansing the liver but the high estrogen content makes it unsuitable for everyday use. So I'm always on the lookout for a liver tea that uses different ingredients so I can switch it up but still do something on an everyday basis for my health.I love this tea. I boil a teapot of water and just let one tea bag sit in it all day and I just drink the pot over the course of the day. It is slightly bitter but there's a fruity overtone to it, almost like grape. I really like the taste of it and more importantly, my liver is feeling much better

The first day I got this stuff, I made a large cup using 2 bags. Not only did I get the best night's sleep I'd had in months that night, but I felt much less lethargic the following morning. I've been drinking a cup of this a day every evening since, and I've stopped feeling like I'm falling asleep at work. I can't say if this stuff works, or if its just a placebo effect, but either way, it's helped give me more energy and feel better, and that's what I care most about.It tastes pretty good hot, but I haven't tried it cold. If you're like me, and like to suck some of the extra nutrients directly out of the tea bag itself after steeping, just a warning, it has a slight bitter taste to it. I don't notice any bitterness in the tea itself, however.
