I'm overweight due to lipodystrophy and pcos, but have small sized hips and butt. I struggled for MANY years trying to find something that works overnight for heavy bleeding that wont leak. This is it! Even though I am a 2xl shirt, I am a size 12ish pants. I get the small sized ones and wear them under my waist.Pros:-Great fit around the legs-Never had a leak so far, and I'm a super-heavy bleeder with clots.-Comfortable, not hot or sweaty-coverage high up the front and the back-Not noticeable under loose clothingCons:-A little noisy when you first put them on. Eases up after wearing them for a short period.-I don't particularly like the way they smell, but the smell isn't bad to me. Just feels perfumed.- Cost is more than traditional pads, but WELL worth it. I don't sleep in anything else and frequently use these on my heavy days during regular daytime for extra coverage. Okay, so I realize these give off “diaper” vibes, and they technically are. However I will never go back. As someone who has extremely heavy almost hemorrhage like periods, pads don’t cut it. I’m used to wearing overnight pads all day long and still experience crazy leaks out the sides from gushing. I basically live in these now during my periods. The amount of pants, sheets, undies and furniture I’ve ruined is sad! When I got these I was a bit defeated because I hated the idea of wearing a diaper at 20, but it was my last resort and I’ve never been happier. I know these are meant for nighttime but I wear them 7 days straight in my periods. It makes life so much easier to be able to work all day and sleep all night with zero issues. I work in a hospital as a nurse so I’m always running around and on my feet, I hardly ever have time to go to the bathroom and change, let alone the amount of expensive scrub pants I’ve destroyed!! These are so soft and comfy, they fit like a glove. I was a bit worried they would be too big since I wear a size 2-4 in pants but they fit me sooooo good! It took so getting used to, the first day or so was a bit strange, turns out I had them on backwards haha. I wish they had a little like f and b on each side inside to tell you, but I found that when you unfold it, the side that you unfold the hip wings from is the front. It’s slightly lower cut than the back. I can not even explain how lifesaving these are. I feel actually normal now. I can do anything I can when I’m not on my period with no worries. As for sleep, these are so comfy, I don’t have to wear anything over them (granted when I’m home I hardly do either haha!) I am a crazy sleeper, side, back, stomach and back and forth and have had no leaks! No issues! It contains it all flawlessly! These help me feel normal and bring back my sense of security after years of tiptoeing around my period.

I started getting a heavier flow in my 30s. I noticed I kept leaking through my pants more than I used to on day one of my cycles and got sick and tired of it, and caught on that it was time to buy something that could handle my suddenly very heavy flows. Found this and decided to give it and shot. I was leaking all day until this came in the mail and put it on right away and noticed a difference. I noticed that the leaks stopped and I didn’t have to run to the restroom to check on my pads as much as before. Was very pleasantly surprised that I did not leak at all with this on day one and even in my sleep. Wish I found this sooner. It would have saved me from so much unnecessary frustration and anxiety. I can sleep better now on my period and I’m a side sleeper. This product was a godsend.Update: It ended up leaking a little bit, so you still have to be a little careful, but nothing a waterproof bed pad can’t fix. Just sleep on a waterproof bed pad just in case and you’re golden! This product still helps A LOT.

My daughters love these so much that if they aren't going out of the house, they wear these instead of pads or tampons, they say these are absolutely the easiest and most comfortable things they've tried. They're also the only things that work reliably overnight for them on the "high flow" days.

I love these! I have an extremely heavy menstrual cycle and these work great. They are pretty comfortable. They don't stink. They also are very thick. I put postpartum pads on them so I get even more protection. They hold up great with me taking the pad off and putting a new one on. Saves me so much time and it lets me not mess up my underwear. My only problem is that the L is too big and the smaller size is way too tight. So, hopefully they add more sizes. The price is perfect too!

Absolutely love these! They’re one of the only things that really have no leakage at night. They are also pretty comfortable. Only two downsides- they’re a little warm and they have a weird scent
