Italeri 1:35 - M7 Priestself-propelled howitzer

It’s a good model, but on the box it looks as if it come with a crew, but sadly it did not, so now looking a set 1/35 model crew

Decided to give a try to another brand, previously assembling Tamiya. Italeri is very problematic. Single parts lacks of finish quality to the point when it's almost impossible to remove burrs and keep parts in shape. Instructions unclear and some parts were missing. Finished model looks good, but the whole process was a torture. This Priest and Sherman are my 2 very first Italeri model kits and last ones. Switching back to Tamiya.

will buy another without a doubt

Really enjoyed making this kit. A few bits could have fitted better but not a major problem.

I tried looking for the part. What I was given but no where to be found.

Italeri always produces great models, and this is no exception. Easy to put together but check the instructions, you may want to use your own judgement in the sequence of assembly. I would have liked to have seen more than the one figure included in the kit to make it more realistic and to show proper scale. But these can be bought separately. There is another version of the kit called the Kangaroo used as a troop transport without the gun. This was used by both the British and Canadians during WW2. Happy modelling! Chris
