Crossfit for Beginners
My friends are talking about crossfit and its health benefits.And I was looking for the right book for me to get started.And when I check this book,I think this is the right book to start training crossfit.This is a short book but it’s packed with valuable information about Crossfit training – a competitive fitness sport and exercise philosophy that a combination of techniques used in gymnastics, power lifting, plyometrics, weightlifting, and high intensity interval training will allow us to reach our ideal body weight and at the same time become a more disciplined person.This is a great book on how beginners can get started with Crossfit so that they can transform their bodies. As a beginner I found the information in this book to be very clear and concise and really enjoyed reading it and it will come in very useful. Additionally the nutrition information in this book makes it a lot easier for me since diet is crucial to lose weight. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to transform their body and get fit. Over all a good book.

I'm really glad that I had a run in with this book while searching for book exercise books. I had been enrolled once in a CrossFit Bootcamp. The exercise were easy at first but as u go further, it gets extreme. However, it was a level up exercise so the more you attended the class the more you level up in the exercise. However, due to some circumstances, I had to stop attending. It was frustrating since I enjoyed it a lot and helps me lose weight and get in shape. That's why I searched for books that could help me. This book has been helpful for me even if there's no photos. IT is highly recommended for those, as the title said, beginners of Cross Fit Training.

This book gives you a true sense of crossfit world
An excellent book for body-weight exercise fans. This is a well written and very descriptive book that will help you get started with cross training whether at home or on the road. It includes 100 WOD's you can either do in the gym or at home. These WOD's varies from intense bodyweight workouts to high intensity interval endurance workouts. Doing only 5 of these WOD's per week will greatly improve your body conditioning and overall health.If you're looking into Cross-Training, I would recommend this book. It's not overwhelming and gives you a true sense of the crossfit world.

Lots of exercises for both men and women
Discover the effective workout routine that is Crossfit. I recently discovered how popular it is becoming because it is an effective and innovative way to shape up and improve your physical health. It is suitable for both genders and can be used to shed pounds, shape up or bulk up. Dan Smith has given us a very helpful guide which describes many of the Crossfit Workouts you can do everyday. These exercises are challenging but if done diligently and properly you may be able to see and feel the results you desire in no time. There is a wealth of information to help you get the hang of Crossfit without injury.

A unique workout everyday
Very great guide book that includes several different categories including beginner's crossfit and crossfit for women. Since I am both of these, I found it very helpful. With 100 different work-outs, you can create custom unique work-outs that will keep you doing something new everyday. The book does include pictures, however the fact that they are watermarked shutterstock photos was a little disappointing, however they do the job and show you the moves. If you would like something easily referenceable, instead of video, I would recommend this book.

Hi Intensity Training
When you want to change the shape of your body, you need a good diet, and CrossFit accents your transformation. This eBook tells of what CrossFit is, and how it works in a quicker time than a long two hour workout. You can do these exercises in interval form to enhance what is called the afterburn effect for just 20 or 30 minutes a day. If you do it correctly, you can still burn calories up to 48 hours after your workout. You can gain muscle this way, and use your unwanted fat to fuel your new muscle, therefore shaping your body the way you want it. CrossFit is the way for a busy person to sculpt themselves.

A book poorly written and designed.
1 star since that's the lowest I'm able to assign. Pictures were more of a hindrance, blocking out exercise description. Not very concise explanation of each exercise. Ebook wouldn't turn pages at several points of the book. Found this book to be more frustrating than helpful. If I tell anyone about this book, it would only be to ridicule and joke about how poorly designed this book format is. I would recommend that everyone "NOT" waste their time or money on this book until the bugs in the program of this ebook is fixed.

Very effective exercise methods.
I came to read this book when I was searching for an effective workout to follow. This book contains detailed information about crossfit workout. CrossFit is an effective and innovative way to shape up and improve your overall physical health. CrossFit is targeted to all people of all sexes and of all body types, and there is always a workout routine that can suit your exercise needs. Author has explained everything with the help of images.

Best Crossfit Ever.
This book provided what I needed for an intro to the most fantastic fitness program ever, CrossFit! An exercise paradigm where science is actually applied to the art of fitness. This is a short primer that does give some basic information for a person new to CrossFit.The exercises are fantastic with matching illustration and images they are really making you strong, fit and healthy..Well explained with time allotted for each moves this is truly an effective workouts..

Worth the money!
This is a fantastic guide to cross training. Although it takes a lot of effort, patience and time, this book can make it seem a little easier. There's photos in the book to follow as a guide, so it is great for anyone who's beginning. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.

A good book, could be clearer in some areas
It's a good book. It has some good wods, and plenty of illustrations. The only negative point is thstvit lacks clarity in the descriptions sometimes. Most are OK but some I have to read through a couple of time tomake sure I get what I should be doing. Including some tables in the descriptions would help with this.

Poor
This book is not working correctly on my kindle fire HD. Gets stuck on one page showing a picture of a girl doing one hand push up with no text.Waste of money

Ain't worth it
Would have put 4 stars for 100 wods with pictures and proper explanations in case I don't know what a thruster or clean and jerk is .The photos are black and white. No big deal.Oh, some brillant folks decided to put random pictures below most of the (not described) wods! Woah! Like putting random beach or bikini shots when speaking of handstands, or a sweaty ballerine on a bench holding a bar without weight, when the wod ask for benching bodyweight.The only deserved star, is because you really get 100 wods in a small package. Nothing more than one star cauz this isn't for the rookie. Nothing explained. Page 35 I get the sexy blonde (still black and white) in a hotel room with a view of Manhattan (I suppose). She has a bar on her shoulders. They ask for overhead squat, but hey, what if u don't know what that is?!Overall, this is a small booklet u can bring on freetraining days, open it at a random page, and pick that surprise workout.

Alle WODS kann man sich auch im Internet angucken.Bei den Bildern musste ich lachen.......Bilder von Shuterstock.com allerdings nur das Vorschau Bild. Ob das überhaupt Rechtens ist? Da gibt es viel bessere Bücher.

Ce livre promet des photos alors comme un client naïf j'ai cru que ce serait des photos correspondantes aux exercices proposés mais en fait rien à voir. C'est une grosse arnaque !!! Les photos sont des photos prises sur un site dont le livre fait la pub au passage. C'est unebelle arnaque. Honteux ! Car c'est clairement un argument de vente comparativement aux autres ouvrages. Vous me direz il n'a jamais été spécifié que les photos étaient liées au sujet du livre !! Le mec auraient mis des photos d'animaux ou de paysages ce serait pareil. Donc un mot: MENTEUR !!!

Cross Training: Top 100 Cross Training WOD's
Está bien, es muy interesante. Solo he puesto en practica una parte de los entrenamientos que están en el libro y me gustan muchos. Lo recomiendo a todos.

Explicación de los wods muy básica. Las imágenes no se corresponden con la explicación. Limitado en general. Una guía para principiantes.
