This parasol is very sturdy and good value for moneyAs normal these days the assembly instructions were not the best (only pictures with no words. There were no instructions on how to fit the parasol cover- used my diy experience to work it outA point worth noting that assembly of the parasol to the body is a 2 man jobOverall am pleaded with product and wold recommend it

Arrived in good time in two boxes. Relatively easy to assemble. Floor weights arrive empty and are filled with water or sand - water is more avaliable and cheaper than sand so have gone for that option. Just hoping the moulded plastic bears up and doesn't spring a leak!Erecting and cranking the shade open is oddly satisfying. The mechanism to raise the suspending arm of the shade up requires a little muscle and patience to lock it in place, but the crank mechanism to open the shade out and shut closed again works nicely.Shade itself is free hanging and blown about a little in the wind, but in calm sunny weather creates a lovely shaded area to enjoy the sun without getting too hot or burnt. Easy to fold away, and a robust waterproof cover provided to protect it during wetter times.Main criticisms would be raising the arm up as mentioned above (which smaller people may struggle with) and the security of the standing pole. With a little bit of wind, the locking bolts - essentially screws with a turning knob - lose their grip and the shade moves wherever the wind blows it. A better locking mechanism would keep the area you want shaded protected.But all in all, a solid & sturdy piece of kit that creates a pleasant seating area to shelter from the sun.

Looks amazing on my patio surrounded by plants. Really good size. Easy to assemble and very stable. Fantastic customer service when I needed to resolve a minor issue with a part. Quick and reaponsive.

Really nice parasol. Bit bigger than we anticipated, especially the base. All we need now is some sun 🌞

The product is missing holes so no matter how tight you try and screw in the two knobs it spins around in the wind. I saw another review with the same comment. The instructions are pretty awful, how hard can it be to write a simpleSet of instructions?

There was a leak in the stand had to put something heavy on top of it

Love this product so far, easy to assemble and works great. It’s wind resistant as the material is light enough to bend. The base filled with water works great to hold it.
