For me it turned out to be very convenient this option for packaging vitamins. It is convenient that you can just take one small packet and I get all the vitamins that I need, when I took these vitamins but not organized in one packet, I often forgot to take something or could take something twice. It is also just an ideal option for traveling, you do not need to carry all the jars of supplements and vitamins with you.

I understand the different age group packs have different additional supplements (beyond the multivitamin), but honestly, any age person can take these. Yes, as you age you do need different supplements and it’s nice the age group specific packs take that into consideration.These packs, although a bit expensive for what they are, contain quality vitamins from a reputable brand. They additional supplements on top of the multivitamin make it easy to get what you need in one pack, negating the need to buy multiple bottles of various supplements. For travel and the really busy people, these are great. You do pay for the convenience of the mm already vacuum packed in a daily satchel though.The pills are easy to swallow. I take them all together with a couple of gulps of water and have no problem, but then again, I can swallow a horse size pill without a problem. Swallow them fast though, because you can taste them if you don’t.Great for travel, or for keeping in your bag or briefcase for days you forget to take your regular mix at home.

These packets have a multi-vitamin. plus extra pills with more chemicals. I am not sure how useful they are. Certainly quantities of some of the vitamins that well exceed 100% of the USDA requirement are not necessary. In the case of some, like B, they are just excreted, giving bright yellow pee.I am alternating these with my spouse's daily multivitamin, so every two or three days he gets the extra stuff. These are expensive and that seems to be a good way to give him a boost if he needs it, but without too much going down the toilet.
