What is the warranty of the device?

I bought 100 amp version from amazon. Fan failed in a month. Manufacturer does not honor any warranty, and amazon can’t do anything past one month after order date, buyer be aware!

Vendor: Battery type systems? Programmable range?

12V，24V，36V，48V ，and such as 12V，range is 10V-15V，all battered work

For the manufacturer is there an offset value for the voltage detected? It is about 0.32v off when idle on my unit. I know i can manually subtract it.

Chris, good question. I have an difference of about 0.35V ... Like you, I just mentally compensate a third volt and haven't dug into the various settings.

How to interface my ampinvt to my pc

You will need a cat5 connection to your computer and an app to make it happen.
