Great price
Amazon basics supply great quality items at an affordable price. This is one of those great purchases, delivered straight to my door for less than £4. Comes with spare blades in the handle too. Will last me a long time for how often I use it.

It’s a splice at the price ! :)
Bought this for all the Amazon boxes I get haha! Having arthritis in my hands kinda means I can’t rip up boxes like I once could. So back to this Stanley knife , well it’s very comfortable to hold by the nice soft grippy bit on the shaft, the quality is of it is rather good !! The blades fit into a little compartment at the back end of the knife and they are very sharp ! So easy to open for the spare blades too , has this little tab that says “press down”. And last but not least , which is my favourite part is the blade retracts by using the slider on the top. A good little piece of kit for my tool bag ! Oh and the price was actually cheaper than a bag of chips haha !!

Good value DIY utility knife
Good value DIY knife that should be in every handyman’s/women’s tool kit. Well made, sharp, well balanced, and useful. Safe to use too with the retractable blade.

Good value, works perfectly
This retractable blade is great value for money, it has a soft grip and is comfortable and solid to hold. The blade retracts smoothly, it’s a good size, not too small and perfect the cutting jobs needed.

Ok hard to change blades
Ok for the price, changing blades a nightmare see picture get the heavy duty amazon basics one for £7 much better design, change blades in seconds, a lot tougher

Great build quality and very sharp.
Exceeded my expectations considering the price point. This is a bargain in my honest opinion. I initially bought these to cut up carpet into smaller pieces as I was moving homes. Perfect for my needs and 1 blade was enough to cut up the entire carpet in a 1 bed flat. Since then, these have come in handy for other unusual jobs, for example: whilst cleaning my computer, I accidentally bent my CPU pins and I used the blade of this cutter to bend them back into place as its the perfect thickness. I would recommend this item.

All I wanted and needed to keep in kitchen to open Amazon packages. It comes with blade installed and ready to use. Not a puzzling installation like the Dewa-t at more than double the price.
