What a wonderful book. It's so inspirational and uplifting. This is the second time I'm reading it and because of it's spiritual content, I'm getting more out of it than during my first read. It's the type of book you will want to keep for a lifetime

Cannot say enough about this book. I have left religion and just want a simple spiritual understanding with out all the other junk that goes with it. Alan is so gifted in explaining things in simple terms. I loved this book and could not put it down. "Truth" is all I can say, it washed over my soul & has started unlocking my angry, hardened heart, which I cause because of the false beliefs about myself, God & separation from His love. The mind is very powerful!

I was encouraged to read this book by my intuitive life coach. It's taken me just about two months to read this book. Not because it was difficult, (it is easy to read and enjoyable), but because each time I picked it up to read, I would keep reading until the next chapter didn't speak to me like the previous had. Then when I got the urge to read more I would pick up where I left off, and interestingly, I would find the words resonating with me again. And this has been the most profound experience reading this way, because it appears that as I set the intention to read this book, I was guided into experiences and opportunities in my daily life that would be enriched by the chapter I was currently reading.If you feel attracted to buying this book, it's meant for you. Don't give up on it. I think by buying this book you tune into the vibration of his teachings, and begin a personal transformation.Good luck!

One of my favorite books. I read it at a time where I was really broken and this book was soft enough in its approach for me to really hear it and filled with many ah ha moments and gems to really feed my spirit.

I am enjoying this book and wish I had known of it decades ago. When I read it at night, I sleep much more restfully. There is meaty truth and wisdom sandwiched between every page and his stories that are packed with delight.

I LOVE this book! I haven't even finished it yet, and I've read a little more than 1/2 way through, but enough to know that the book meets and exceeds all I hoped it would be. I love Alan's wit, wisdom, and compassion, and listen to his Hay House Radio weekly show. I highly recommend this book to everyone! It will support and uplift you on your spiritual life journey.

Bought a used copy and it was signed by Alan Cohen ... how sweet! Definitely a great book, have owned several copies and given it as gifts.

Although I believe this was Alan Cohen's first book I read "Enough Already" prior to "The Dragon Doesn't Live Here Anymore", At first it didn't 'click' with me that he was describing his own childhood in the beginning of the book, however by the time he returned to America to continue his education the light bulb came on. If anything his books give you pause for thought and an opportunity to reflect upon your own life and issues. I highly recommend you read this book it just might get you to re-examine you own life.

Wonderful book chock full of useful spiritual advice for anyone in all walks of life!! Alan reaches the parts other authors cannot reach.
