Good replacement for hawks tether.

I’ve been setting up tree stands for over 10 years and I just learned about using lineman’s ropes to hold yourself to the tree as you ascend so that you can be hands free to set up climbing sticks and tree stands like a breeze! I keep my stand on my back and I have paracord loops around my harness belt so that I can hang my climbing sticks around my waist so that I can go up the tree and down the tree one time instead of up and down! Worth every penny!

Haven't used it in the deer hunting setting, but have tried it in the front yard, great product, easy to use, it will make getting set up faster!

Works great and held up to a full hunting season last year so I ordered again for my son's set-up. The carabiners that come with it are HEAVY though. I'm sure they're extremely safe and durable, they just weigh a ton. I swapped them out for lighter ones and used these to hang my kayaks in the garage.

I stopped using the stock strap to wrap around the tree and run through itself. I love how easy it is to get on
