Tough to get the Velcro straps perfectly laying down but overall does its job. The quality is top notch. Make sure you measure before buying there is no stretch to it.

The only other rap I have ever used is sweet sweat. It was $27 so I decided to go with this for 14. Air bubbles get in so it doesn’t keep the heat in. definitely don’t feel like i was dripping the way I should’ve been. After taking it off, that is. I ordered a medium, which is what I am and it is too small. Length and width should be longer. So you definitely have to go up. I mean, I like how lite it is. it doesn’t look real bulky under my clothes. And I like the back support. But again, half of that ends up going on my hips because it’s just too small. I am 59 168 pounds. I should’ve got a large.

Works perfect and true to size. Have been wearing it everyday. I like that I can adjust the size. Excellent product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered one brand for my mother and this brand for myself. This brand offered more size options and I prefer the three straps. The belt is super cute and fits very well! It covers just my midsection; not the upper back fat or handles like other belts, but I like it. Originally I felt like I should have sized up one, but this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s much simpler to put on than my other belt. Seems durable and is more comfy. I’ve only worn it around the house so far, but I look forward to taking walks, running, using the sauna and riding my bike with it on. The back support is a plus! Great price point too.
