It’s smaller than I expected but it still gets the Job done. The cushion is about 3 inches thick. I was surprised when I pulled it out the package it had so much cotton or (whatever material they used) in it. It’s stretchy and you can mode the material how you want. I pushed more of the material near the center since that’s where I experience the most pain.
