Great commuter helmet fits perfectly with the obvious adjustment at the back for a secure fit.comes with a module that attaches to the handlebars,once it's paired up to the helmet itself it allows you to use the indicators at the press of the corresponding button, easy to use with little distraction, and if you brake the momentum allows the brake light to come on giving the motorists indication of your movement. I think for the money you pay this is a great option to have and adds a little more safety to what can be busy roads today and it's good even if your journey uses cycle paths the module that controls the light is optional, however advisable to use. All I all a great helmet and highly recommended to anyone looking for something along these lines. One more thing to add the lighting system on the helmet has different pulses that can be used should you forget your bike lights.

So handy, especially for at night with the lights at the back.Cannot seem to understand how to use/sync the brakes but the indicators are great so you don’t need to take your hands off the handlebar - total safety!

Great helmet but when I went to manufacturers web site to look for a manual pdf I saw that I could have purchased this model direct for £100 and free shipping instead of the £125 with shipping. Like a mug I paid 25% more, duh!

the lights were not bright enough for me, flash is too slow, cant change the speed of iti changed for lumos helmet. much brighter.
