Super fun for kids and adults!!!
The tangle sports large nightball football is so much fun! My husband and I love to play football when we go camping. In the past we've had the kind you hold under the light to charge or hit to turn the light on. All of those eventually failed and never really provided enough light to play from more than 15ft apart. This football is really great! It does require a bit of a wobble to activate the light inside. So if you throw a tight spiral it may not light up every time. That's not a problem for me or my husband, but just something to keep in mind. We can play as far apart as we can throw it. It lights up very bright and is easy to catch. The large football is comparable in size to a youth football. We can't wait for this summer to get more play out of this. And bonus it's Seahawks colors! This is a great toy for kids or adults. Go ahead and get one!

Fun for the family
This football is nice and bright but does have some downsides, though I think the price more then makes up for it's downfalls. The ball if thrown too far does not stay lit for a long amount of time so it overshot, it can be somewhat difficult to find in the dark. Unfortunately the battery cannot be changed but I've been using this football quite often over the past few months and the light is still as bright as when I got it. If it had replaceable batteries I would have given it 5 stars.

Lights up but hurts hands
This football does exactly what is described- it lights up when thrown in a spiral motion. It is really neat at night to throw but my 10 year old has a hard time catching it because it hurts his hands. I noticed that it hurts my hands as well because it is made of a rubber material. It is not a solid football as I thought it was- it can be squashed together but is firm enough to keep shape. It is made of a rubber like material which does remind me of a dog toy as someone else said. When you catch it, your fingers can go inside and get hurt. We find it to be not as enjoyable as we would like. Instead of having fun throwing ball, we need to focus on how we are catching it so our fingers don't get hurt. For the most part, the ball stays in the garage.

Works well and fun to use
This football is a lot of fun. It actually lights up really well in the dark. If not moving, it doesn't light up very much so if you drop it and it's really dark, it might not be Extremely easy to find but that hasn't been a problem for us so far as it still stays lit a little. It's pretty flexible so it's nice to catch. As a woman, I really like the size of it because it isn't too big for my hands to grip and the kids love it too. Overall, this is a great product and I will definitely get another one when something eventually happens to this one.

It won't pop!! Lol
I bought a blow up ball with pump led lites and the first time they played with it!! The ball was popped by the bushes. I think that ball was 37.00 or more? But this football won't pop, but it won't deflation either?

Macht auch tagsüber Spaß
Das ist unser zweiter Nightball, der erste hat 2 Jahre gehalten, dann wurde das Material spröde. Wurde aber auch ausgiebig bespielt weil er handlich und gut zu Fangen ist.

Knockoff version??
Pretty sure this is a knockoff version of the original tangle matrix nightball football. Only lights up when touched, I thought I was supposed to also light up when thrown. You can see the logos on the football are different from the one being advertised.
