I can honestly say that I healed within 4 weeks and much of that is attributed to the kit. Worth the money, great for moms. Highly recommend.

A nice starter kit to cover all basics! I didn’t use all of the products because I used the items given from the hospital. Great kit to ensure you have all you need the first few days of postpartum though!

I got this as a gift from someone and then came to purchase it for my sister in law. I didn’t use everything but the things I did use I loved. I love the socks for the hospital, the bottle was so much better than what is provided in hospital. The ice pads were convenient and my favourite part is the cooling foam.

It was an impulsive buy but served its purpose.. but was not able to use everything in the pack.. I mean it is not essential

I’m 8 weeks postpartum and still using items from the Mom Frida Postpartum Kit — that’s how useful it’s been! I had a second-degree tear and found that everything included really helped with my recovery. I was fully healed within 4 weeks, and I truly believe this kit made a big difference in that process. Every single product in the kit was helpful and well thought out — from the cooling pads to the peri bottle. And I have to say, the gown is so comfortable that I’m still wearing it now, weeks later. Not had the chance to use just yet but looks good only problem is with the gown although it does fit it would be useful be be able to choose size and the buttons do not seem to be the best , hopefully it’ll do the job
