This is the precursor molecule for L-dopa, dopamine, adrenaline, nor-adrenaline and melanin which is linked to hair color and skin color. It insures a good alertness whenever someone is engaging in an outdoor activity. I used to consider that without it I couldn't practice skateboard. It is not readily a stimulant, these is no declaration to make, but your inner reserves of stamina are higher for a given period, like two hours, then you fall off to normal, not lower than average.

Suffered from a crippling painful muscular condition that was slowly contorting my spine. Lots of doctors visits, specialists, scans, x-rays, physical therapy, etc. providing no answers and no help as I gradually got worse. So I tried taking an 1/8 of a tsp. mixed in water each day and found I no longer need carbidopa levodopa and rarely have any back pain. My daughters doctor encouraged her to try it since it worked for me and she has had the same results. I hope this can help others!

4 stars only because the package came dented, but still intact. The powder seemed a little clumpier than expected-- not sure if thats from shipping or its consistency. I suffer from depression and have issues with memory and focus (not sure if I have ADD) but this seems to help. It absorbs quickly if you mix it in water and drink it. It has virtually no taste. I bought a series of micro measuring spoons to slowly see what dose works for me since the last time I tried it I was energetic but had a huge headache. So far I'm at 1/64 tbs and I noticed immediately an increased motivation to do mondain tasks I would otherwise put off or not focus on for too long. Do some research if you take medication as I have read this can cause dopamine syndrome if you are not careful. So far I'm happy with this product, but it's only been a day.

It is packaged in the USA (I couldn't find where it was sourced), lab verified and contains only L-tyrosine which makes it easy to add to your daily supplements. The product is light and fluffy, dissolving completely without taste in water (or in your favorite beverage or smoothie). I took the recommended 1/4 teaspoon.

it's not tyrosine.the price (much cheaper than all other tyrosine supplements for sale on Amazon) seemed too good to be true, so i ordered some (much more expensive!) tyrosine powder from a different supplement manufacturer i trust and have used for many years.this is a much softer (flour-like) powder whereas the trusted tyrosine is grittier, and this has a much lower density, a teaspoon weighing around 1.08g, whereas the same measure of the trusted tyrosine was around 1.44g.also, when i took the trusted tyrosine using the same scoop i'd been using to take this, i experienced overheating (which makes sense because tyrosine is used to make noradrenaline, the sympathetic neurotransmitter, which stimulates thermogenesis), whereas i had not gotten that effect using the same scoop of this powder.price was too good to be true, i should have known better. maybe this is flour, or tyrosine mixed with flour. either way, i'm not buying it again; i'll just spend more for the real thing from a different manufacturer.

This is the first time I have taken tyrosine only. It's usually been in other things I have taken. It worked really well for me from the first dose. I took the suggestion of 1/4th teaspoon. There wasn't a marked moment of it kicking in. I could feel it getting to work almost immediately but was expecting a pre-workout type of kicking in. Instead, I realized after an hour I was in a much better mood and I had a better time holding a conversation. And I value this.My personal research leaves me to conclude this is a highly beneficial supplement for my needs and I don't want to be without it. Even as it wore off, it was slowly and not suddenly in the doldrums. I was still able to feel sadness. I was just able to also feel some happiness too. It doesn't shut off your emotions. And that's what I want. It's perfect for me.And it truly is unflavored. Just mixes into water with a slightly opaque white shimmer. Went down easily.

I don’t think this is tyrosine I don’t feel anything when I take it. I’ve taken other brands and immediately I felt a difference but with this one I don’t feel anything. I want a refund
