The Empire is pleased.
It's a good patch finely put together and looks great. Been wearing it with my uniform. US Navy joins the empire.

showing my pride for the Galactic Empire
It is what it is: a nice patch to show off your pride for the Galactic Empire. Really good quality and looks good displayed on my desk at work

You can iron or sew this patch! Looks good too!
I ordered these patches for a Star Wars Dark Side Run at Disney. These patches are very similar to the Imperial insignia, and so I intended to sew them onto a lightweight, black running jersey as opposed to buying a prefab costume that would most likely be uncomfortable. While I intended to sew one of these patches onto the jersey, it was easier just to iron it on because of the iron-on adhesive on the back of the patch. What was nice about the adhesive is that since I wanted to use the jersey for other running events or working out, it was easy to remove. I simply heated up the jersey and moistened it, and it was easy to peel off without damaging the workout material.I received a few compliments on the jersey since nobody else had one like it, and the jersey kept me cool. It just had the Star Wars Imperial logo for the run, and it looked pretty cool with my black running pants and black running hat.

No Velcro Backing
I had thought this had a velcro backing to put on my husband's hat. It did not and I sent it back. If you need just the patch, it is nice!

The Evil Empire....the Patch!
i received this a week ago. great stuff. everything is tight on this - meaning doesn't seem like there was any stitch out of place. good substantial material. i bought this patch to put on the arm of my winter parka. it had a velcro brand name of the coat patch on it which i promptly replaced with is one .. although it's like 2mm smaller but it looks great.what i also love about this patch is its ambiguity - sure STAR WARS is ubiquitous in the 20th and 21st centuries of our time but only TRUE STAR WARS FAN will know what this patch is.it's a bold patch - yet subtle - Bold for those in the 'know' - subtle and confounding to casual fans and non-fans.too bad the winter hasn't been bad enough for me to wear the jacket more than 3x this winter.. darn you globalwarming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PS - i had to put on the velcro to the back of this myself.

Awesome Quality Looks Even Better In Person
I needed a cool patch to cover a hole in my $80 Under Armour golf pants. Some idiot burned them, long story.. ANYWAYS... All I had to do was iron it on. That's it! BUT, I'm kind of a perfectionist, so i bought an iron on patch from wal-mart and basically fused the two patches together by putting the store bought patch on the inside and the Imperial patch on the outside. Keep in mind I was covering a hole, so this won't be necessary otherwise. There is patch glue you can buy that might strengthen the bond when you are applying, but I doubt you truly need it. I'm very thankful there are companies like this providing awesome designs at such a high level of quality.

Empire
It was exactly what I was looking for. It's the perfect size to fit with the rest of my patches.

Death Star, Not Imperial Seal
I'm enough of a geek to want to pick a nit here: This is a Death Star unit patch, not just an Imperial Seal patch (the difference is in the cog-like appearance, with the white and black 'teeth' of the 'gear' being of equivalent width, in the Imperial Seal the black portions are much narrower than the white). But it's well made with good stitching and strong backing material, and I put velcro on it so I could attach it to my messenger bag.
