2 Books are missing

Here it is mentioned 9 books in total but 2 books are missing.. I got only 7 books. Hindi and sanskrit books are missing.. Replacement didn't happen because they are asking 9 books . The reason for replacement is 2 books are missing..

Paper quality is not great

Science and Maths texts books were torn and paper quality is also so poor. Some of the contents from Civics outdated and was replaced with new content in the latest editions.
