This cup keeps hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold. It's sleek design gives this cup a very attractive appearance and makes it easy to hold. The lid has a great design as you can remove the center for easy and complete cleaning (most cups have a sliding plastic piece that makes it impossible to keep clean). There are only two drawbacks that I see so far, at least for my use. First, the cup is a bit too tall for it to fit under a keurig machine. Second, the handle is very close to the cup itself and is a little tight for my hands. It is perfect for people with smaller hands. All in all I am very happy with this cup. Give it a go, I think you will be happy with it too.

This tumbler was delivered on time and was as described. It's a beautiful, streamlined mug that is the right size for a woman's hand. And the fact that it has a handle is a bonus! It is sturdy and well-made. My only disappointment was that since it was stainless steel and double-walled, I expected that it would keep ice cubes from melting as quickly as in regular glasses. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. So far I've only used it for ice water, so I can't speak to its ability to keep hot drinks hot.Other than that, it is a very nice mug and would probably be better for coffee than iced drinks.

Very nice mug. I love the way it looks and the tall, sleek design, as well as the way the lid works. It can be used right or left handed, and it is one of the only mugs I could fine that has a nice wide opening for drinking out of, instead of a tiny hole. I haven't used it for long yet, but so far it seems well made.I would give it 5 stars except I wish it stayed hot a little longer. After about an hour it is still somewhat warm, but not hot. However, this is still longer than a drink sitting in a regular mug, so it works okay for me.

This traveling mug really does keep the coffee hot! The only issue I have with it is seating the lid to screw back on is not so easy. If you have arthritis in your hands or little strength in your hands, this is not the mug to get.Update - the handle has now detatched itself from the cup. In order to seal the top so it doesn't leak, the top has to be screwed on to literally over the handle. Its very difficult to move once the cup is hot and requires a lot of strength to manipulate it.

After receiving email from "Rosie, Wife, Business Owner, & Mother of Two, SUPPLUSCA" I was impressed that I was ordering a mug made by a small family owned business. I was therefore surprised to find the "Made in China" declaration on the bottom of the mug when it arrived. Does Mr Trump know about this?I ordered it hoping the lid would fit the similar Aladdin mug I recently lost the lid for(Aladdin apparently does not make that model any longer). The new lid does fit, so I'm happy. The Aladdin mug is dishwasher safe.The new one Made in China is not.

It's a good mug buy I dislike a couple things. One- even if you close the drink hole it leaks when you turn the mug sideways or upside-down, so don't expect to have a sealed container and it's not meant to be put inside a bag or back pack. Two- the handle is too close to the mug which make it a little uncomfortable to hold from the handle, and I have average size hands. Other than that I love the look of it and it will get the job done for me.

I love this cup. We've been through a lot. It holds my coffee every morning to help keep me awake. I drive an hour to work every day and my coffee is still warm when I get there. This cup also survived a fall off the roof of my car after I forgot I left it up there. Only some dents, handle stayed on. It gives it character. The only thing I don't really like is the handle. However the cup does get very hot so I'm grateful it is there.

I am sorry to say that my experience with this cup was terrible. First of all it is NOT stainless steel interior. Only the outside is stainless and the inside is made of ALUMINUM. Yuck! I am not sure why they couldnt have made the entire thing Stainless... Also, the lid is FAR from spill/leak proof. Even when the lid is sealed, if you tilt the cup, there is enough flow to drink from the cup and get burned... I got burned the first time I used it when I tried giving the cup a shake to mix the cofffee and its spilled out everywhere. This is especially important because the cup is tall and narrow and its hard to get a spoon long enough to mix the sugar at the bottom of the cup. The seller tried replacing the cup but the second cup had the same problem, and then I realized that the interior was not Stainless steel.Also the handle is made of plastic and I have doubts about how long it will stay on before cracking off. I am not sure if it is affixed with glue or what but it doesnt look very sturdy to me.
