perfect fit replacement
easy purchase. exact replacement for the old bad motor. I did not have to pull the entire unit out of the ceiling to repair... just the fan.

IT WORKS!
Perfect, so glad I found the replacement i needed cause I did NOT want to screw around with new housings and whatnot. Less than ten minutes from opening package to flipping the switch and Viola, fan again! Showers don't heat the house again. I think this one sounds quieter than the original, which only lasted 3 years and so I am hoping this one goes at least that long. Maybe it just got louder as it went and I don't recall correctly, but happy to have this!!!

Tweaking required
This is running fine but required some vane trimming of the squirrel cage fan and spacing changes to get the clearance right for the unit.

Bath exhaust fan motor replacement was a great solution instead of an entire new Broan product.

Replacing the kit fan
Without replacing the housing was very convenient to install new motor with just two screws and work fine. Replacing whole fan sometimes involves too much work like in my case
