This product met my expectations and was delivered within days of placing my order. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived.

This item is a cute idea however, I was a little disappointed in how light the picture came out. You really need to move the tag around in the light to be able to see the picture. Also the words were engraved as I asked however they too could have been a bit darker. Overall a cute gift idea but disappointed in how very very light the engraving was.
