No it does not. It doesn't have much resistance so it isn't a challenge for me, but no, no instructions :(

Not pretty. I bought the pink color for a friend... but the product I received wasn't bright pink like the picture looks- I was disappointed because its true color was more of a pink/orange, as if it was left out in the sun for a season. I didn't have time to return the item so I gave it as a gift anyway.

Do any of these Pilates rings have a cancer warning on their box? I bought one locally and it did so I returned it.

No warnings of any kind. I purchased the Pro Source 14 inch pilates ring. The downside is there are no exercises that come with it. I would have like an exercise pamphlet or something with the ring.
