Q: Does the color rub off onto your skin or clothes?

When I was using them, I didn't see any color transfer but if they got wet, that might be a different issure. I stopped using them because I had trouble with the seat belt retracting because the pad wouldn't easily slide on the belt during retraction. They were soft & helped with the belt gouging into my shoulder & neck.

Q: Does the Velcro run the entire length of the strap keeping it nice and secure?

Yes, the Velcro runs the entire length, but it does not keep it from sliding. Stopped using them as my wife was complaining about the lint they were leaving on her clothes even after I cleaned them .

Q: Are they sweat proof?

Not sure what you mean. They are not hot enough to make you sweat while wearing them and I don't think they are water repellant.

Q: Is it machine washable? And will it shrink after wash?

Not sure, but it should wash without shrinking. I will just be careful to secure the Velcro so it doesn’t get covered with lint. Have been using these about a month and I am really happy with how they feel.
