This is a great brow pencil. Its easy to apply, its looks natural and stays on all day.

I seriously need someone to teach me how to do this properly, when it comes to my brows I'm kind of at a loss. Literally and figuratively. Literally, my brow hair has been falling out for years, I have very thin hair over half my brow, normalish amounts over the other half. My problem has been getting the two to even each other out, or at least play well together. So, removing that part of the review (because application wise, it is likely me), this product seems to give a good tint, it is long lasting, it didn't smear or anything going on (I've had that problem too), and overall it has been the easiest of all the brow products I've ever used (a lot) and it's been a bit interesting to discover there are things that apparently I'm doing fine with, I just had a garbage product last time. I will buy this again, of all the products, not only am I getting used to it, but I'm closing in on the half brows being more equal. I'm still taking volunteers to show me exactly how to do this properly.

This comes with outer product packaging. The ingredients are listed, but unfortunately I can’t see most of them because Amazon’s product sticker is over them. I hate those stickers! They’re cover information I want and/or they are an eyesore on my item and then I have to spend forever pulling it off (those things stick like crazy!) and leave a bunch of sticky residue. So I just hate them! 😂 I tried pulling the sticker off the back of this packaging, but since it was cardboard, basically paper, as I was pulling it off it was ripping the ingredients off with it 🤦‍♀️ There’s no cruelty free logo since Rimmel is not cruelty free.The entire tube is a little smaller than the size of a standard concealer tube. However, a little less than half the entire size of the tube is where the gel is, but brow gel always lasts me a long time so I think it’s a good amount (usually with my brow gels, it gets to the point where I feel like I need to replace it even if I’m not out since I’ve had it so long).The top half of the tube has the brush. One side of the brush looks like a little comb and the other side of the brush has bristles. There’s a cap that covers the brush. You unscrew the top (the part with the brush) to get to the gel applicator. The applicator is a really thin. It looks like a tiny sponge tip, but it feels hard like plastic. It allows you to spread the product in your brows without getting too much onto your brows, which I like.It claims to be up to 2 day wear. I’m not sure who wants to wear their brow gel for 2 days, but I don’t! As long as it lasts for the day I’m happy! So if it can last up to 2 days, then 1 day should be easy! It does last! Once this sets, it stays! Just for the swatches I did on my arm, I went to use a makeup wipe to wipe them off. Usually when I have like a bunch of eyeshadow swatches, my makeup wipe will wipe them off easily, no problem, no need to scrub or press hard. This brow gel was not budging when I tried to wipe it with the makeup wipe! I had to really scrub to get it off!! Then when I wore the brow gel in my brows, I wore it all day. It stayed looking the same the whole day as it did when I first put it on! I went to take it off at night with an oil makeup remover and it came off, but I had to scrub a little more than I usually do.I really wanted to like this, but it just ended up not working great for me. The end where the brush and comb are is where you grab to twist open and pull out the applicator for the tint. You should be able to use the tip to apply the tint to your brows, then use the brush and comb to spread it through and even it out. But, I always ended up getting product all over my hands when I was trying to use the brush/comb. No matter how hard I tried and different ways I tried holding it, I always ended up getting it all over my hands, which I really hated! If it was a little bigger where my hand wouldn’t be right on where the applicator is for the tint, I probably wouldn’t have gotten so annoyed and liked it a lot more. The product works well and lasts well in my brows, but I just hated getting it all over my hands. Plus, I like to get hair like strokes in my brows, and even with the pointed tip of the applicator, it never gave me hair like strokes. It just placed color down. So, this just isn’t for me. But, if you just want to add color to your brows really quick, fill in the area with color and don’t care about hair like strokes, this would work well!

My wife has been using eye brown tint/liner for over a decade, and was surprised to see that Rimmel started selling one now. This product is buildable. At first, my wife thought it didn't dye her skin, but after multiple layers, the color looked good to her. Make sure that you use the brush after application following the direction to brush the eyebrow, which prevents the product from hardening on the hair and ensures the hair is going in the right direction. Using the brush also helps directs the tint to the skin.The product description says it works for two days. My wife applied the tint directly on her skin after using a face scrub, then applied foundation around it. When she removed her makeup, she used makeup remover wipes, but did not wipe off the eyebrow area where the tint was applied. Still, the next day, the tint was mostly gone, and she needed to reapply additional tint before going out. Her face is not too greasy.This tint works well, and looks natural. If it lasted the two days described in the product description, she'd have given it five stars.

I didn't really care for this product. I found it at the soft brown is much lighter than a typical soft brown. I felt this color was probably intended for blondes as it was far, far too light and too warm. The applicator seemed fine, but I found that the product didn't go on very smoothly. Perhaps it's because I have patchy eyebrows, but it didn't help fill in the patchy spots, instead it only clung to the hairs I already had, so it didn't help me create a fuller look. This isn't a terrible product; it may work better for someone else who isn't missing as much brow hair, but I won't be using it again.

Switching it up and this is the first time I've used an eyebrow product with a wand like this. It feels a bit like a cross between lipgloss applicator and a really wet paintbrush. It's definitely too thick to create hair-like strokes, so I just use it to apply the color onto the hairs. You can get quite a bit of gel on the applicator and since I like real natural looking brows I use a light hand. I'll apply just a few strokes of the gel, then blend it into my eyebrows with the brush. The brush is a must! With a name like "tint" I'd expect it to last for a day or two but I haven't noticed that is does and this is part of my daily make up routine. I do use it daily but I'm not sure I will repurchase because it's just so wet and thick to apply and it's easy to apply too much.

I was a bit hesitant to try this brow tint in case it looked too intense and was tough to get off. No issues there, though. I have dark blonde hair and light blonde eyebrows; the soft brown tint looked very natural on me, which was pleasantly surprising. It was very easy to put on and the combs included in the lid help to sculpt the brows before the tint gel dries. It is possible to create a smooth brow or a bit more of a 'boy brow' where the individual brow hairs are more separated and distinct. I really love the flexibility to customize my brow look with this tint! The product wears really well. No smudge, stays in place. It comes off easily with a makeup-remover and for me at least it does not leave behind any residual colour when it is removed fully. It isn't super easy to remove with just facewash, and doesn't run or go away with plain water. The brows do feel a bit 'gelled' - there is a feeling of a gel like substance on them, so they aren't soft and smooth. That said, they do seem to look very natural even up close. This product has definitely next-leveled my eyebrows for me and is something I would keep using.

Open the product to find the brush wad hard and all of the tint was dried up.

I like this brow product as it applies well, but I find that it isn't super long lasting. It's not waterproof and sweat tends to make it wear off easily. One thing to note is that you shouldn't apply it straight from the applicator as way too much will go on, so instead I use a separate angled brush and that works a lot better. Overall, I'd recommend it, but not if you need something really long lasting.
